[FREE TASTER] Art as medicine

We open the doors for new participants to join us in a Free session, to experiment with free painting and movement and have a taste of the gifts of creativity.

Expect dancing, creating, connecting and sharing.

In Art as Medicine, every week there is a new artistic way to explore, the space to share and connect. We experiment with collage, free painting, conscious movement and sensorial art, among others.

Create, connect, share.

Some valuable experiences one comes across in this process:

  • Building new skills,

  • Being open to vulnerability,

  • Finding and adding beauty to one’s life,

  • Being part of a circle of like-minded friends from all over the world,

  • Experimenting a meditative state,

  • Exploring art and artistic techniques through non strict processes, where everything is allowed as there are no mistakes in creative exploration,

  • Joy of painting, music, dancing and sharing,

  • Being in a safe space to experience oneself,

  • and much more!

To join you will need:

  • A computer

  • Good speakers or headphones

  • A private space for our weekly sessions

  • Artistic material (once registered you will receive a list of materials)

We invite you to join us to play and discover new worlds together. No previous experience is needed. The spoken language will be English.

THE FREE TASTER IS HAPPENING THURSDAY APRIL 7, AT 19:00 HS - CENTRAL EUROPE TIME, through ZOOM - Registration is required.

About Nirvana

I hold the space for others to explore their own truth and versatility through movement, dance and art.

My commitment is towards connection, embodiment and freedom of expression. I dance, paint and create to feel alive. I am silent, euphoric, curious, sensitive, creative, lover of nature, the sea, the mountains and the animals.

I share meditations and creativity sessions, and enjoy practicing and sharing conscious dance. All as a merely explorative work, there is no right or wrong in my practice and my presence is fully at the participants’ disposal.
