5Rhythms Sweats w/ Nirvana
Every Saturday 12-2pm
@ Cosmo, Osho Afroz Meditation Center
A 1,5 hours movement meditation. We start with a warm up, a 5Rhythms demo and then a 1-hour wave.

Surrender to your colours - Painting and dancing in Eftalou

A day in Eftalou to explore creativity in meditation. There will be music and painting, colors and movement . . . and the chance to let go of any ideas or expectations and explore your truth freely.
Our approach to painting and movement has nothing to do with academic technics, no art experience is needed, art is used as a means for awareness.
Where to find us?
Lesbos Island, Greece
Eressos is located on the west side of the island and its characteristic for its volcanic landscapes, olive groves and long beautiful beaches.
How to arrive here
Flight / ferry: from Athens and Thessaloniki. Whether you reach the island by plane or ferry, you will arrive at Mytilene, 82 km away from Eressos. From there to Eressos, take a taxi (1:45 h.) or a bus (3 h.)
