In our ordinary day it’s not easy to find time and space where to share. It’s more and more difficult to listen and be heard truly. Everything moves fast, everyone is preoccupied and distracted. We rush through everything without taking the time to really meet.
When we really listen we are present, compassionate and caring. We are there for the other as a mirror, we accept them without agreeing, analysing, changing or therapising their story. We just open our hearts and connect deeply with them, leaving our opinions and judgements aside.
The Listening Hour is an hour in which we meet to share our stories and to listen to others' in an egoless way. Especially in these troubled times, this can be a support to increase resilience, release tension, find new insights and inspiration and feel the connection with others.
Participation is free.

Nella nostra quotidianità non è facile trovare il tempo e lo spazio in cui condividere. È sempre più difficile ascoltare ed essere ascoltati veramente. Tutto si muove velocemente, tutti sono preoccupati e distratti. Siamo continuamente di fretta e non ci prendiamo il tempo per incontrarci davvero.
Quando ascoltiamo veramente siamo presenti, compassionevoli e premurosi. Siamo lì per l'altro, come fossimo uno specchio, l* accettiamo senza essere d’accordo o meno, analizzare, cambiare o terapizzare la sua storia. Apriamo semplicemente il nostro cuore e ci connettiamo profondamente con l’altro, lasciando da parte le nostre opinioni e giudizi.
La Listening Hour è un'ora in cui ci incontriamo per condividere le nostre storie e per ascoltare gli altri . Soprattutto in questi tempi difficili, la LH può essere un supporto per aumentare la nostra resilienza, rilasciare le tensioni, accogliere nuove intuizioni e nuova ispirazione e sentire la connessione con gli altri.
