Hello! I am Sofia Zamarian
I am from Argentina, living in between Italy and Greece, artist since 13 y/o, Graphic Designer graduated at 21, OSHO Active Meditations Facilitator since 2017, Meditative Art Teacher since 2019 and 5Rhythms Teacher in Training since 2023.
At the moment I am based in Lesbos-Greece and Torino -Italy, facilitating meditations, offering Meditative Art Workshops and Conscious Movement sessions and designing remotely for clients in Italy, France, Greece, Romania, USA, Mexico and Argentina.

I have co-created my personal project Spazio Rebelde, where I share Meditative Art, 5Rhythms and meditation with people from all over the world. We use art as a means for self-discovery and self-awareness and strongly believe that meditation comes from a body at-peace and a creative spirit.

A project that combines meditation, dance and artistic creativity, through the practice of active meditation, individual sessions and Art Workshops and PlayBack Theatre for adults and children.
