Deposit: it is not refundable. To give you the best experience possible, we need to commit with our providers by renting spaces, buying material and paying for our travels. We want to respect everyone’s work. For this reason we need to pay our providers. Your deposit makes sure that we can do that.

If you cancel you cannot use your deposit for a future event.

Final payment: if you were asked to pay into 2 instalments, the second one is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours prior the event you signed up for.

Full price: in case you were not asked to pay a deposit but you paid the whole amount directly, the 50% of it will be refundable if you cancel within 48 hours prior to the event you signed up for.
